Description

The Michigan pants are soft jeans with an elasticated waistband. They are made from a denim fabric of organic cotton, pineapple fiber and lyocell. Their twill weave gives them strength and flexibility. The legs are straight and wide, with front Italian pockets and patch pockets on the back.

Sustainability

Material : Organic cotton uses less water than traditional cotton and requires no pesticides. The absence of chemicals greatly reduces the risk of allergies. Among its many advantages, it also has a softer feel, making garments particularly pleasant to wear. Pineapple fiber is obtained from the waste generated by pineapple farming. It is a strong, durable fiber with a slight lustrous effect. It's an innovative material that requires little water and benefits from the rapid growth characteristic of bromeliad plants. Lyocell is a 100% cellulose, biodegradable fiber produced from wood pulp in a virtually closed circuit. It is manufactured in an environmentally-friendly way, using recyclable solvents. Organic cotton consumes less water than traditional cotton and requires no pesticides. The absence of chemicals greatly reduces the risk of allergies. Among its many advantages, it also has a softer feel, making garments particularly pleasant to wear.

Supplier : Our denim supplier is Spanish and is committed to using "Made in Europe" fabrics to reduce its impact and carbon footprint. It manufactures close to the textile hubs and brands, to reduce the amount of freight, transport, raw materials... and it also relies on local suppliers, to guarantee a shorter, safer and more efficient supply chain.

How to take care

Washing

Wash at 30°C or by hand to preserve the fabric and shape of your garments. Turn your garment inside out to avoid damaging the fibers.

Spinning

Limit to 600 revolutions maximum to reduce rubbing of your garment. We strongly advise against tumble-drying. There's nothing like air-drying out of the sun to preserve fabric and color.

Ironing

You can iron at medium temperature (150°C).

Our low impact materials

We have built an upcycling chain that allows us to put high-quality natural materials called "deadstock" back into circulation. They come mainly from Italy, from large houses that no longer have any use for them.

The rest of our materials come from our favorite weavers, mainly from the great houses of Italy and Portugal. They are natural, organic or recycled. Linen, hemp, lyocell, virgin wool, organic cotton... They have their own characteristics and consume fewer natural resources, emit less CO2, do not require pesticides, do not release chemicals into the environment, are recyclable and biodegradable. Working only with low-impact materials allows us to significantly reduce the environmental impact of our collections.

Manufacturing in Europe

We carefully choose our production partners, taking into account their know-how and their commitments.

100% of our workshops are in Europe.

Our knitwear and weaving specialists are in Portugal and Italy, our warp and weft manufacturing specialists are in Romania. We have opened a production office in Bucharest to ensure the logistics, development, material testing and quality control of our collections directly on site, with our local team: GOOD LABEL Europe.

They are at the heart of our process of revaluing second-hand materials and it is thanks to them that we are able to offer you limited editions in exceptional materials season after season.

Transparency and traceability

Each NOYOCO piece has a QR code printed on a sewn-in label. This QR code allows you to access detailed information about the garment:

- In what quantity it was produced
