Refund
In the event of cancellation of your order, noyoco Distribution SAS will refund the full amount of your order upon receipt of the package if it has been sent to you.Contact noyoco by email at s h o p @ n o y o c o . c o m for more information.
The refund will be made to the payment method used for the purchase.
Return portal
You can use our return portal free of charge to register your request in our IT system.
Creating a return request automatically generates a prepaid label that you can immediately download.
It will also be sent to you by email and will be accessible in your customer account. (We also invite you to create a customer account to find your orders and your returns).
Case of non-free returns
Discounted Items
If the returned items have benefited from a reduction on the basic price of more than 30%, we are not able to assume the cost of returns. A lump sum of €6 will then be deducted from the amount of the returned items.We thank you in advance for your understanding.
Order outside France
If your order is not returned from France, we offer two solutions:
#1 - Only in Europe! You can contact us by e-mail at s h o p @ n o y o c o . c o m so that we can provide you with a return slip. A flat-rate fee of €15 will be deducted from your refund.
#2 - In Europe and International. You can return your order by your own means to the following address:

Be sure to include a piece of paper with your order number in the return package.
