Half local, half tourist.
This is the story told by Valentin Russo.
A Parisian photographer, he devotes himself to film photography, with a preference for the 120mm format. A true enthusiast of the photographic process, he develops and scans his prints himself in a Parisian photo lab. Images whose unique framing and grain bring a certain nostalgia.
The poetry of an entrance hall blending dark wood and sea-green tiles, a seventies ambiance on Rue Vergniaud, in the 13th arrondissement. The old local café, at the intersection of two streets in the 20th arrondissement. The glass front of a building offering an almost infinite reflection. Ordinary places with authentic character.
